Learn the basics of planting potatoes. This course will provide you with the basics of greening or pre-sprouting your seed, preparing the planter bed, planting and growing instructions, when to harvest and post harvest storage. This workshop is free but donations to the farm collective are appreciated if you find value in today’s lesson.
This class will include field planting practice so please come prepared to walk on uneven surfaces. This class will take place outside rain (under cover) or shine so please dress in warm layers.
